Chengdu skewer hot pot · Tustin + Rowland Heights
Skewers by the handful, broths from mild to molten. Chengdu street heat, served bubbling in Orange County since 2015.
The ritual
No menu anxiety. You grab skewers, pick a broth, and the table does the rest.
Fragrant bone, mushroom, tomato, or the traditional ox spicy butter. Mild to molten, your call.
Spicy beef, tripe, duck blood, pork brain, glass noodles and more, all threaded on bamboo.
Dunk the skewers, let them cook, then stir the bowl before you eat. That stir is the whole ritual.

Good to know
Chengdu street food. Meats, vegetables and noodles are threaded on bamboo skewers, cooked in bubbling broth at your table, then pulled off the stick into your bowl. Fast, social, and built for sharing.
The traditional ox spicy butter broth comes in heat levels, from a gentle warmth to genuinely molten. Fragrant bone, mushroom, and tomato broths have no spice at all, so mixed groups eat happily.
That note is on nearly every dish. The chili oil and seasonings settle, so a good stir before eating keeps every bite at full flavor.
Yes. Both locations are on Chowbus for pickup and delivery, and the Tustin shop also runs through DoorDash.
Skewers are made for it. Order a spread of sticks, share a pot or two of broth, and let everyone pull their own. Call ahead if your party is large.
